The Rockridge Day Spa is my favorite in the East Bay. It's a neighborhood spa, and it feels like it. It's homey. When you walk in from the street, you are immediately comfortable and relaxed. It feels good to be there. The staff is friendly and professional, and whatever services you choose, you know they will be what you want and worth the money. Elizabeth is a wonderful owner/manager. It is important to her that you walk out happy. And you do.

I’ve been coming to Rockridge Day Spa for haircuts for the past few years, and they never disappoint. Today, I decided to try something new and got my eyebrows done here for the first time—and WOW, I was blown away! Elsa was amazing and really attentive to the shape I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back. THANK YOU!

I have been coming here for many years as it is down the street from me. I started out with a massage series, which is their packages of 10 if you are committed, and want a cheaper price upfront. Then I would come for my hair services once my friend, who did my hair styling moved out of town. They did a good job, but I was not into sitting there for so long, so I stopped going for that service! Now I am back with another massage, serious, much needed with all of that tension. You build up day by day! The massage rooms are small, but clean and welcoming. There are restrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Some masseuses are better than others so hopefully you can find one that you like and they will stick around. Like most places masseuse turnaround is very high. You can even read profile bios of the masseuses on their website. There is a variety of items you can buy at the front desk area and they have a bench now to sit while you wait for your service. I am also on the email list, so I get announcements of new events. The downside of the massage series is that you have to call in or go in person to buy it and can’t do it online. I like doing everything online and I don’t understand why they don’t have that option for this! Luckily, you can make your appointments online. Emailing the front desk is a hit or miss. Some people reply right away and some miss your email and won’t reply for many days.

Sapana did an amazing job doing a full face sugaring, brow tint/lamination and eyelash tint/lift. She helped shape my brows and they are perfect. She was knowledgeable about skin care, took her time and did an excellent job. Definitely plan to get more treatments from her!

Rockridge Day Spa is the best. I always see Brandie for my Waxing needs. And I also recommend her to all my friends. The place is welcoming, sunny, super clean, and very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Dumi is absolutely fantastic and so skilled! She is very customer-focused and spends time getting to know her clients outside of simply treatment. Love RRDS and could not recommend more highly.

I just had an amazing Swedish massage by Rachel at Rockridge Day Spa. I've had many many massages where there was a lot of chit-chatting, which can often takes away from the experience, but Rachel sets the tone immediately about taking a journey into a space of great relaxation catapulting you with ease right where you need to be to properly benefit from her amazing body work. She also took the time after to give me very useful homework to help benefit my body further. Highly recommend!

Every time I visit for my appointment, I am consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service. Elsa stands out as a true professional, delivering an unparalleled experience that I would rate a perfect 10/10. Her skillful touch is remarkable, and she always offers the best advice on tips and aftercare products. I highly recommend her!

This review is for the facial I received from Mikila! She was so fun to talk to during the facial, but more importantly she fixed a skin issue I had been having for 6-8 months in one hour! Between the facial and new skin care routine she made me - I'm a new person! Thank you!!

I've enjoyed my time here each time I've come. Nice relaxing oasis surrounded by cute shops. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and flexible. And I've gotten really excellent haircuts and skin care services here at intervals over the years.
